It is a wonderful tradition at the Light Institute to start the New Year with a firewalk. We will spend the evening together celebrating the old year, gathering the wonderful energies and experiences we have had, gratefully releasing whatever we don't need anymore and welcoming the New Year.
Through Exercises in Consciousness and meditation we will focus our intention and very consciously we will start the New Year with a miracle which will show us that we are able to manifest whatever we need and want in our lives.
We have the potential to perform the miracle of walking over glowing coals. Our bodies know exactly how to protect themselves, how to heal themselves.
Our whole being will be ecstatic, when we overcome our fear and walk over the fire. We will set a strong intention for the New Year that will change our lives.
We will meet at the Light Institute in Galisteo on the 31st of December 2011 at 8pm. We will meditate and release the old year. Later we will light the fire and learn about firewalking, meditate more and focus on our intentions for the New Year. At midnight the fire will have burned down and the coals will be ready so that we can walk over them into the New Year.
The fire, hot tea and a heated room will keep us warm.
